ADHD COACHING

ADD/ADHD coaching targets the core impairments of ADHD, giving clients a comprehensive understanding of both the nature of ADHD and the impact of ADHD on their quality of life. In addition, ADHD coaches work with clients to create structures, support, skills and strategies to help them move forward. Coaching assists clients with ADHD to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles, address core ADD-related issues like time management, organization, and self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.

Executive Function Coaching

Executive Functions are the processes in the brain that control our behaviour and enable us to get things done efficiently and effectively. They are the time management, organisation and self-regulation skills. Coaches work with clients to develop customised strategies to improve these skills, foster independence and confidence and help them live the life they want

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching is for parents who have children with ADHD or Executive Function challenges.
Coaching helps them to understand their children’s strengths and challenges, and develop strategies and scaffolding to help them learn new skills.

Sarah works with clients with ADHD/ADD and Executive Function impairments, discovering their individual problem areas and how they are impacted by them. Areas that are often affected include time management, organisation skills, sustained attention, emotional control and social skills. Client and Coach work together to identify goals, create strategies to help meet these goals, with Sarah providing the necessary scaffolding to support the client whilst they develop new habits and develop life skills.

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Sarah is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, integrating nutritional advice into her ADHD coaching sessions, in order to reduce inflammation in the body, and increase the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin and hence lessen ADHD symptoms.

Where To Go From Here?

If you are interested in working together, Sarah offers a free 30 minute telephone or Zoom consultation. Further sessions last for 1 hour. Her clients meet with her weekly or fortnightly, for an average of 10-15 sessions. Sarah’s working hours are Monday-Thursday 9.30am-6.30pm, (last appointment is at 5.30pm). Sarah meets with clients in St John’s Wood, London NW8 or via Zoom
